M1 Princes Hwy/Fwy East
Former Alignment: Bunyip North
This is a small section of the original highway which was bypasses as
part of the construction of new dual carriageway at Tonimbuk Rd (Bunyip North) between
1981 and 1987. Still remaining on the road is the linemarking, along with 2 wooden directional signs at the eastern end.
This alignment is parallel to the current freeway.
